Their next endeavor came in the form of helping and inspiring people around the world to get out and do something positive in their own community. Enter Change the Score.
Built from the ground up, Change the Score is a fully-custom Ruby on Rails application that powers the entire system. It tracks users, chapters, events, hours volunteered and more. A custom blogging engine powers each chapter so they can keep their volunteers up to date with every event in their area.
The folks at Change the Score/Project 7 are an absolute pleasure to work with and really do care about the people they are trying to reach. I'm grateful for the opportunity to build this web-app for them and for the team that helped me to do so.
